By placing a booking on our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
- Non-Refundable Booking Fee
- A $100 booking fee is required to secure your reservation.
- This fee is non-refundable, including in cases where you change your mind or cancel for personal reasons.
- Refunds may be issued only at the discretion of the administrator, and only if there is a documented issue caused by our facility or service.
- Rescheduling Policy
- You may reschedule your booking (date and/or time) to a future available date without penalty, but only once and with at least 72 hours’ notice.
- Reschedule requests must be made in writing (email or website contact form).
- Bookings cannot be transferred to another person without prior written consent from us.
- Balance & Payment
- The remaining balance must be paid in full before or on the day of the event.
- Accepted payment methods will be confirmed upon booking.
- Arrival & Setup
- Clients are expected to ensure adequate space and access for the photo booth setup.
- Any delay in access to the venue may result in reduced service time, which will not be compensated.
- Use of Photos
- By using our service, you grant us permission to use photos taken during the event for marketing purposes (e.g., website, social media), unless a written request is made in advance to opt out.
- Liability
- We are not liable for any accidents, damage, or injuries that occur due to misuse of the photo booth or other equipment.
- In the rare case of equipment failure, a full or partial refund may be considered.
- Force Majeure
- We reserve the right to cancel bookings due to unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather, natural disasters, or other events beyond our control. In such cases, your booking fee will be refunded in full or transferred to another available date at your choice.
- Client Responsibility
- The client is responsible for informing the venue of our arrival/setup.
- Equipment Disclaimer
- While we strive to provide the same or similar photo booth setup as shown on our website or in promotional materials, we reserve the right to substitute equipment with a different model or style of equal or greater quality due to availability, upgrades, or maintenance requirements.
- This substitution will not affect the functionality or quality of service provided.
Any inappropriate behavior or damage to the booth during your event may result in immediate termination of service without refund.
